This work studies the changes that have occurred through the introduction of Normative Resolution n ° 556/2013 on the Energy Efficiency Program, regulated by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency - ANEEL. Firstly, it’s situated the historical moment of the Brazilian’s energy efficiency programs. Secondly, is done a comparison between the previous rule of the Energy Efficiency Program, established by Resolution No. 300/2008, with the new regulation. In compliance with the new methodology, is proposed a tool to calculate the viability of projects under the Energy Efficiency Program and finally is carried out a study on the new way of selecting energy efficiency projects by electricity distributors, through a study case with the Companhia Paranaense de Energia - COPEL. |
