This monograph is a research based in reliability engineering foundations, which aims to determine consumers units profiles with greater likelihood of irregular procedures. Due to the high incidence of irregular procedures, thecriteria established by the current legislation in Brazil and the direct impact onthe revenues of the electric power companies, it is necessary to research and detection consumer units with irregular procedures. Collected was the data, that refer to a Brazilian capital and its metropolitan region, of an electric power company. Carried out was analyses of data through the design of experiments, DOE, and obtained was consumers units profiles with greater likelihood of irregular procedures. Thus, one can use these profiles for targeting inspections
at consumer units. |
