Failures indices should be treated thoroughly because failures involve unanticipated costs, aggregated values that no customer is willing to pay. It is important to know the failures, probability of failure and reliability of its products and / or equipment. This research presents the use of life data analysis, which was applied in a test case a product from a manufacturer electronics industry. This test cited began to show high rates of rejection, generating additional costs to process and loss of productivity. From the results obtained, action plans were made seeking to address root causes and / or potential causes of failures. It brings the study results the gains from the use of this tool. |
