This work was developed for a Metallurgical and Product Quality Laboratory, composed by repairable systems for maintenance structure evaluation. For this work we extracted the history of failures from the company's database, to evaluate if the period between preventive interventions is well sized. For this, some reliability tools were used, such as Life Data Analysis and Reliability Centered Maintenance. As a result, the work shows points where it can be adjusted to save time and money for the company, as well as the opportunity to apply other reliability tools for future work, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Availability and Mantenability (RAM) to improve equipment availability. |
