This work presents an approach on the application of statistical methods of engineering of execution capacity in the stock of spare parts in a company of the pulp industry of the state of Paraná. For the accomplishment of the study the exploratory, documentary, descriptive, bibliographic research and case study with quantitative data were used. The main objective of this work was the stock of mechanical seals stored in the warehouse, where the components generate a high cost for the warehouse, producing excessive purchases. During the research, the data and selections of the generators generated by the maintenance were selected, obtaining data and using Reliasoft software. We studied 44 models of mechanical selectors that are used in many equipment such as centrifugal pumps, mixers, agitators, among others. If possible, the case study was more recent than the new emerging forces, the size was not high, and the increase in material turnover did not accumulate, the cost of it increased considerably. Thus, the actions were included during the purchases of quantitative goods, respecting an elaborated action plan, so that it did not impact the production of the company. |
