Resumo: The studies about language claim that human being only can be considered a social one if he is steped in interaction with the other, considering the social historical place which is inserted. It means that a man consciousness is built socially through the language. Therefore, this paper has as comprehension that coletive and individual action of subjects are build through the discourses wich go through the tangibility of a social universe, in another words, it are not passible of concreteness, but disperse meanings which are beyond of a linguistic materiality. A discoursive agent, so, is those who acts through the discourses social historically located in a conjuncture in order to the meanings are negociated with the social world. Many theoretical-methodological lines have already talked about the discourse conception, although we understand that the better notion is insert in french discourse analyses and we intend colaborate to the studies about the discourse, trying to understand how the meanings from the analysis of the curricular text of state of São Paulo under view of the discoursive ethos of the discourse from black female teachers whose work in paulistas schools of a state os São Paulo. For this, this paper has as theoretical reference the thoughts of a Maingueneau (1997); (2008); (2011); in relation to the discourse and ethos, further on Silva (2006); (2017) in relation to the concept of curriculum and Amossy (2013) with the contribution on the concept of ethos. Furthermore, it had as methodological course interview half structured in order to co-opt the data to understand the tensions among curriculum and the paulistas schools and the overview of a black female teachers concerning identity, understanding and belonging of this same unified curriculum.
