The city of Curitiba has lots of companies in the field of Construction. Data Sinduscon PR- 2015, claim that there are 1,100 member companies in Curitiba and metropolitan region and that these, approximately 60% are small businesses. This research aims to investigate the technical compliance of the management systems of solid waste construction in small construction works in the city of Curitiba, State of Parana. To achieve this goal it was created and applied a questionnaire in 12 works in the city, to verify that the management systems found in the works are consistent with the technical and regulatory requirements. Even if a lot of laws and regulations to guide these systems, we found that the reality of the works is different when it comes to waste. There is no evidence that the concerns of small construction owners with respect to RCC management is effective. It can be noticed that training employees are scarce and show inefficient, because what we see is a disposition when it comes to reduce, reuse or recycle waste on site. Even at the time of separation of waste, you can see that lack training and encouragement, because the waste are mixed in most of the works. |
