A work of construction, regardless of the segment several phases and each phase, there are several uncertainties which decrease over the life of the work. There are also other uncertainties that affect the process, such as economic uncertainty, technological, operational, policy, etc.. Within this context we emphasize the analysis and management of risks. This research conclusion work aims to present a list of risks for risk management works vertical construction, obtained through a literature review and case study of the construction companies in the city of Curitiba. The bibliographic research was based on national and international construction concepts and risk management processes described on PMBOK. The final product, we created a list of risks contributing to the literature, the author's experience and suggestions of the works so that it can start up a database to be used by the building and construction, facilitating management actions and decision making. |
