Since global trend is the attempt to adopt a model of sustainable development, and that the temporary buildings have intrinsic negative environmental impact, precisely because they are temporary, it is important to adopt building systems which allow the deconstruction and dismantling at the end of its use. This research provides some sustainable construction systems available in the market, economically and technically feasible to be adopted in the construction of temporary buildings. Seeking that decision making don’t be based solely on cost factor or the subjectivity of the entrepreneur, criteria and requirements for review of such construction methods are adopted, based on the concept of sustainability, and in technical standards and relevant laws. From a review of the literature pertaining to multiple criteria decision making methods (MCDM) a scoring system for the criteria is developed, defining the weights selected as the most striking attributes, through the use of matrixes of comparison derived from the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The paper aims to develop a multicriteria decision making model based on the AHP method that can be used as a tool for choosing the most suitable method for the construction of temporary buildings on a certain site/situation. |
