This monograph addresses the issue of implementation of a strategic planning using management tool Balanced Scorecard (BSC). This tool enables companies to align their vision, mission and strategy into objectives and measures, through performance indicators. The tool was developed by Kaplan and Norton in the 90s, she works in the design of performance measures to assist managers in the area of ongoing strategic planning and allows you to share strategy for all employees, and are organized under the financial perspective, the customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. We intend to conduct a case study on a company in the construction sector, Cascavel - Paraná. The goal is to show a structure and language to communicate the strategic planning goals for the short and long term. An interview with company managers aiming to relations of cause and effect was accomplished, to be able to develop a strategic map. Finally, the paper shows how the BSC can improve the implementation and control of strategy, with the intention of creating more value for its customers and making the strategy a continual process. |
