This work was subject to water management projects in residential buildings. Water is a natural resource essential for life as much for economic development of society, but this feature has been threatened, requiring application of measures with a focus on sustainability to preserve it. The water management in buildings is an alternative to assist in preservation of this feature, making the constructions become more sustainable. To analyze the level of implementation of water management in residential projects a questionnaire was designed based on the requirements of the AQUA Process Certification System, distributed in 21 builders / developers of medium-sized metropolitan area of Curitiba. The results showed that the use of rainwater has been measured over water management applied by the builders / developers and management measure applied unless mechanisms are that make more efficient water use in green areas. |
