The Small Hydroelectric Power (SHP) are part of the Brazilian energy and the energy produced by this source represents 3.39% of the total, being the third most used source for Brazil. This monograph aims to define a work breakdown structure of projects - WBS for use in planning the construction of typical SHP, including activities of the three main parties involved in this process, ie, the investor, the designer and builder. The methodologies used to develop this study were to search the literature and field study. Thus, as a starting point for mounting an initial WBS, we performed a literature review that included manuals and resolutions prepared by Eletrobrás and the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL, and basic designs of Small Hydroelectric Power Plants and Hydroelectric Power Plants. After the initial definition of the WBS, there was a field research through interviews with professionals working in the area of investment, design and construction of small hydroelectric power plants, in order to validate the analytical structure of the initial standard design, as well as get feedback and suggestions for improvements and adjustments on the part of respondents. The questionnaire had an WBS with 84 activities proposed for the construction of an SHP. Upon completion and analysis of data obtained in the WBS field study end was consolidated with 114 activities, with the inclusion of 30 activities and no exclusion of initial activities proposed. It resulted, therefore, an WBS with the main activities necessary for planning the construction of an SHP. |
