This scholarly work covers the issues of environmental sustainability for real estate, with its growing importance in recent decades, as well as the emergence of environmental certifications for construction, their adaptations to the Brazilian market and the scope of its popularity in the consumer market specific Curitiba / PR. This study will serve as a source of research on the progress of this issue in our society. Its main objective is to evaluate through research, knowledge and interest of the public Curitibano about certifications for environmental engineering works and certified products, and specific objectives to develop the theme of environmental sustainability and its importance today, as well as identify and present main existing certifications. |
