Resumo: This paper proposes a roadmap for managing the product scope in the execution phase of the work for construction companies. The scope management product that is nothing more than managing the execution of which has been approved as a product (the product is described by architectural designs, memorials and technical specifications). Overall this monograph deals with the preparation of a proposal for a roadmap aimed at ensuring the effective assistance than that stated in the drawings, technical specifications and memorials of architectural projects and complementary in built work, as well as changes in these authorized projects. To develop this work adopted the methods of literature search coupled with a questionnaire whose purpose was to test the applicability of the proposed roadmap for civil construction companies, to whom its preparation was intended. To measure the validation script, the questionnaire was based on questions about the processes that make up and then Asked posture of the respondent (company) on the use of the proposed processes. At the end of the study it can be concluded that the objectives of preparing a roadmap for managing the product scope in the implementation phase of the project and validate its applicability for civil construction companies, have been achieved.
