The goal of this work is to study the characteristics of motivation, aiming for an increase in production levels and an improvement in the quality of civil construction works, it is based on recognised literature in the areas of motivation, leadership, productivity, and the quality of support services carried out by third parties. The application of the questionnaire generated information on the reality of the work, presenting sharper and more precise details than their own contributing parties when they had the opportunity to express their opinions. The answers can be used as a parameter in the work itself by, for example; promoting improvements based on the results, boost productivity, quality and higher profit margins of the works, elaboration of a well structured strategic plan in accordance with the presented reality of the overall project, and also an improvement in the contributing parties performance. In presenting this theory, we aim to base ourselves on the concepts and principles that were approached in the leadership, assisting the decision making process and creating motivational situations for the contributors. |
