Resumo: This work aims to analyze the growth opportunities of a company specializing in trunking facilities and renovation of roofing services. The company, the case study, is consolidated in the construction market, working for more than fifteen years. In the past two years, the gutters manufacturing company left the informality and became a Single Micro - MEI. To evaluate the characteristics of the company in the market has developed a Business Plan. This plan allowed us to assess the characteristics of the business, analyze the relationship of the company with customers, suppliers and competitors, to know the marketing strategies applied, understand the operation plan of the company, develop the financial plan and present the assessment market strategy . In relation to the business characteristics was presented where does the company's office in Curitiba / PR, a region of intense person flow, composed of two formal partners legally by MEI denomination the company operates in the second sector of the economy providing services to the construction industry and the company's capital is divided equally between the partners. As for the market analysis it was possible to determine the customer profile, the company's position in relation to competitors and the relationship with suppliers. About the marketing plan was possible to verify that the company invests little, but has known name in the market and interest to increase disclosure. Regarding the operational level the company has defined macros steps activity which generates gain competitiveness. About the financial plan was developed a calculation structure, which has shown that the company operates at a profit of approximately 10%. As regards the strategic assessment noted the strengths and experiences of members and the weak as few promotional strategies. Concluding with the executive summary.
