Resumo: In this paper are presented analyses of motivation, stress and productivity at work and its importance in the quality of life and success of an organization. The objective of the study was to evaluate the level of motivation and stress of employees at a furniture and interior design company based in Curitiba, proving how this influences the productivity and voluntary turnover. The sample was composed of 27 employees, of various sectors of the company, and was assessed by a questionnaire with open questions and statements prepared by the author. It was verified that most workers were driven by intrinsic and extrinsic factors and had some symptoms of stress, but if some issues were dealt and reviewed with the organization management, it is possible to have a more stimulating environment, with satisfied employees and thereby generate even better results, keeping the company more competitive in the labor market.
