The main focus of this paper is to analyze, through a case study, in which stress level and motivation are employees of a project company, located in Curitiba / PR. The literature review sought to address clearly and objectively the historical and the definition of stress, through the behavior changes, introducing the concept of burnout and resilience, adding about motivation and the theory of needs. The study was based on a questionnaire covering issues previously developed by these authors and are related to the possible factors that can trigger stress and demotivation in the workplace. As a result it was observed that the vast majority of employees are classified into some level of stress, or a possible warning state. Contrary to what was believed to get a result to the survey, due to the pressures suffered at work, it was found that the level of motivation of the company is a regular level, but improvements can and should be made so that the company can improve self-esteem and the need for self-realization of employees. In the survey it was noted that the company's conduct in some factors should be reviewed. |
