Resumo: Due to high rates of loss materials and waste, and the high-energy consumption in civil construction, sustainability becomes a key factor in this environment. The creation of certification authorities and environmental performance evaluators tend to direct actions to reduce the impact on the environment and the economy.In Brazil, is initiating a certification system named Selo Casa Azul (Blue Seal Housing) by CaixaEconômica Federal (a federal bank), which objective is verify the technical feasibility of the housing project, on an organized and didactic way, to assist the task of planning housing.The purpose of this study is the simulation of a building under construction, adapting it to the evaluation system Selo Casa Azul byCaixaEconômica Federal. This methodology consists in evaluate the compliance of each criteria proposed by the system, justifying the achievementofthe final score, according to criteria points,ensuring a housing that suits to current and future needs of users, providing health and wellness to them. The result is proof that Selo Casa Azul is the best for this community, since it is the only seal adapted to the Brazilian reality.
