This paper aims to develop a motivational climate survey worksheet, apply it in a book, presenting the results and suggestions for improvements aimed at increasing job quality and consequently the production employees. To achieve these goals, the internal environment of a company, which can be crucial for your health, where unpleasant or if that does not bring growth prospects will result in high rates of turnover and absenteeism, directly affecting the quality of services / products usually was analyzed resulting in monetary losses and downtime. With the knowledge gained, the aid of comparative graphs and the fact that they think of quality without having an integrated team, coached and why not say happy with the work you are doing, it would be unimaginable. It was concluded that the best alternative to achieve and maintain this quality is to have standardized criteria of excellence, always training and conducting climate surveys with employees. |
