This work aims at the practical application of the scripts presented in other three monographs on Project Scope Management using the BIM platform, the application of the BIM 5D modeling development of cost budget via BIM 5D integrated with the project elaboration and schedule in BIM 3D and 4D, in the execution of an architecture, structure and hydraulic project, detecting opportunities for improvement in the scripts and gathering the steps proposed by the authors in a single integrated script. The project chosen for this study was a residence in reinforced concrete, consisting of a two floors front building and a three floors back building. The projects had the 3D modeling in BIM platform developed in Revit software, the timeline developed in the MS Project software, 4D compatibilization in Navisworks software and the cost study developed in Sisplo software. |
