Resumo: |
When dealing with sustainability issues in construction, attention must be paid to the entire production chain, because the impacts of the sector begin even before the production of any material and extend to the end of the useful life of the building. Nowadays companies have been looking for new ways of managing and organizing production, to obtain competitive advantage, improvements in productivity and generation of higher profits. The need to develop improvements in management practices involves the search for strategic partnerships, especially with suppliers of products and services, in the search for cost flexibility and reduction of recurring costs of production. The practice of outsourcing and subcontracting became common in construction, causing a fragmentation of the sector. In this context, the proposal of the work was to develop a decision support method capable of making the selection process effective, directed to the companies of the civil construction sector that adopt the practice of subcontracting and outsourcing, using multicriteria decision support, Through the Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) method. This model incorporates criteria that integrate sustainable practices, aiming at the development and balance between economic, environmental, social and cultural aspects. |
