This work has as its theme the monitoring system used in repairs and maintenance in a public organization with multiple units of buildings, which is a subject of great importance for the Public Administration. Intended to present this monograph obtaining effective and efficient monitoring and supervision of the implementation of repairs and maintenance services. In support of this monograph was prepared a literature review that defines items such as: public works definition; How is the repair and maintenance services; how is the process to hiring the services by bidding; how supervision is done; and how works the delivery of the works. With the objective of analyze the proposed case study, which seeks to analyze how the inspection is performed at public agency, showing the flaws and needs of inspection methods and systems used in various Ciretrans the DETRAN-PR. The conclusion was based on the questionnaire answered by fiscal professional of this public agency and the fact that the monitoring of the implementation of repairs and maintenance is essential for any organization raise the quality of services provided. |
