In any type of work, there is no more space for errors that cause rework. In this way the planning prior to the development of the activities and the management of the work is of paramount importance so that in the end everyone wins. In works of historical patrimony this reality is not different. Even with the difficulty of not being able to predict the progress of the work in its entirety, because it is recurrent the need for design changes due to the discovery of new information during the works, the correct development of a CAS (Analytical Structure of the Project) and the science of the main stages which are common changes of schedule, can facilitate the progress and control of the activities carried out in the construction site. In the attempt of a possible assistance to the companies and professionals that work with execution of intervention in the historical patrimony, the objective of the present work seeks to develop a CAS model for works of restoration and in this way to try to identify which are the stages of execution that possess greater index of schedule changes. In addition to enabling a greater understanding of how a WBS should be for restoration works and in which steps one should pay more attention to changes in schedule. The research was performed using the field study method. A construção civil, assim como as demais áreas de trabalho no Brasil, cada vez mais vem se desenvolvendo e se especializando. Em qualquer tipo de obra, não se tem mais espaço para erros causadores de retrabalho. Desta maneira o planejamento anterior ao desenvolvimento das atividades e o gerenciamento de obra é de suma importância para que ao final todos ganhem. Em obras de patrimônio histórico esta realidade não é diferente. Mesmo com a dificuldade de não conseguir prever o andamento da obra em sua totalidade, pois é recorrente a necessidade de alterações projetuais devido a descoberta de novas informações durante a realização dos trabalhos, o desenvolvimento correto de uma EAP (Estrutura Analítica do Projeto) e a ciência das principais etapas as quais são comuns alterações de cronograma, podem facilitar o andamento e o controle das atividades realizadas em canteiro. Na tentativa de um possível auxílio à empresas e profissionais que trabalham com execução de intervenção no patrimônio histórico, o objetivo do presente trabalho busca desenvolver um modelo de EAP para obras de restauração e desta maneira buscar identificar quais são as etapas de execução que possuem maior índice de alterações de cronograma. Além de possibilitar um maior entendimento de como deve ser uma EAP de obras de restauração e em quais etapas deve-se ter mais atenção com relação as alterações em cronograma.
