The low quality of developments in the construction sector in Brazil is evident, where the focus is the production volume of buildings for the rapid profit of the companies and filling of the housing deficit, thus generating poor quality buildings, with reduced service life and thus not meeting the minimum performance requirements. This study seeks to evaluate the project regarding compliance with the requirements established by Performance Standard, against established disciplines, in a multifamily residential project, presenting conclusions, considerations and suggestions. The data were obtained through a checklist with the necessary criteria of the Performance Standard and applying these criteria to an already existing project and approved after the force of the Standard. |
