Resumo: The planning of the work allows the manager to integrate several areas of the enterprise, involving the physical schedule of activities, services, materials and outsourced. In this way, it is possible to obtain a general knowledge and a future perspective of the work, making possible an anticipated knowledge of possible obstacles that hamper the regular progress of the construction, such as the embezzlement of materials. This work aims to demonstrate the importance of the integration of the supply chain with the schedule of the work, since this integration allows the materials and services are available for use as planned, avoiding noncompliance with deadlines and providing greater savings. For the accomplishment of the present work, a bibliographical research was first carried out referring to the main theme. In the research the following subjects were presented: planning of works and schedule of works. Finally, a proposal was made to integrate the processes for acquiring and executing the project schedule. Thus, the proposal of the project under study is to integrate the entire process of acquiring materials, services and equipment into the work schedule, concentrating everything on a single schedule, in order to avoid having multiple control and management worksheets. In this way, it was proven that the integration of the acquisition and execution processes brings several advantages to the project manager, allowing him to plan all the activities inherent to the execution of the project, as well as to master the established deadlines.
