The result of project planning derives from the application of project management practices, principles, processes, tools and techniques applied to the work effort and the use of key skills and applied knowledge to meet the expected results. Aiming to meet these planning requirements, this paper aims to establish steps and guidelines for a methodology to be followed in planning the execution of a small civil construction work, taking as a model the case study in a renovation work. general in the city of Curitiba, state of Paraná. The study focuses on the development of a planning roadmap for the execution of a small project, taking into account that every small construction project has planning steps and guidelines to follow to achieve the expected results. In order to obtain the necessary techniques and tools for the elaboration of this script, taking into consideration two situations, the first being how the execution planning of a work is performed according to the literature and theoretical framework, and the second taking consider the actual execution planning process prepared by a manager, and adapt it for this study, in order to obtain the steps and guidelines for the preparation of an execution planning roadmap for a small construction project. At the end, a roadmap will be established containing the step-by-step planning for the execution of the work under study, with aspects of estimates of the macro and micro activities of the work, budgets, schedules, cost monitoring, monitoring and control of the work, among others, aiming at the relevance of its use to other small construction works. |
