A company that has the 5S philosophy implanted in its organizational culture and its employees, provides a more favorable environment for the application or consolidation of standardized methods, as they establish quality seals. The 5S Program is a set of five simple concepts that, when practiced, are capable of modifying the work environment, employee behavior, and improving routine activities. Although this method is widely practiced in automotive industries, in civil construction this system is still not widespread.
