The lighting system when analyzed individually, seems to have a lesser importance than the other systems of a hydroelectric power plant the size of Itaipu, but when considering that without this system people that will be working in the installations are put in risk, end may even harm the quality of the activities developed, we note the real necessity of this system functioning well and with quality. Having realized the necessity of modernizing this system, with the objective of reducing the man x hour of maintenance and a solution was sought for this problem through the implementation of prototypes that presented higher efficiency, longer lifespan and consequently needed less man x hour of maintenance. After the tests performed with the prototypes, a clear result was obtained that the light fixture with LED technology presented the best results for the sought after factors. We look for finding this solutions through the implantation of prototypes that show higher efficacy, longer life and consequentially need less man x hour of maintenance. |
