This study was prepared in order to identify the components and subsystems with greater relevance to the occurrence of faults and defects in the regulation equipment of the generating units of Itaipu. The study also covers the proposition of actions to mitigate the identified flaws and defects, considered more relevant. The proposed actions will be developed in order to mitigate the deficiencies dictated by present and future conditions of degradation of equipment and capability that the structure of the company, represented by the work force, the available tools, the spare and the network providers, features promoting the maintenance of the above mentioned equipment. |
