The control of resources used is important for the optimization of the profits of any company. The environment of industrial automation has experienced a major technological development in recent years, from an isolated to a fully integrated and shared with other enterprise systems environment. The integration and especially the monitoring of all industrial systems have become critical to any organization. Therefore, we identified the need for monitoring the availability of equipment in the industrial hot water system, whose function is to generate hot water production process. Monitoring is performed by supervisory system, adding intelligent modules and equipment such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).Thus, it was proposed and implemented an integration model based on modules developed managers from a supervision and control software. Each module has been designed with sufficient interfaces to allow integration of equipment from different manufacturers. The communication between the different modules is performed using OLE technology for Process Control (OPC), which enables the exchange of data between managers in real time and openly. Developed with the graphical display, monitoring allows greater reactivity on the part of the maintenance team and better planning revisions and implementations. |
