With the development of globalization and the constant search for growth in the industrial sector, it is necessary to identify more and more the bottlenecks that make it difficult to manage inventory, from the timeframe and costs required to service the maintenance. To do so, it is necessary to study the current corporate and local policy, the use of the SAP ferment and its materials management methodology, evaluating internal configuration configuration policies and levels of company approvals. It is necessary a bibliographic survey and case study, to perform the data collection and present solutions to improve the system. We will use the structure of the Supplies section, material and material storage depots, Electrical Maintenance section. However, the possible difficulties arise from the understanding of the bibliographic material, as well as, reliable data support, applicability and support of the people responsible for the processes in the company, finding a model of good acceptance and with results that bring clear and sustainable goals. With this study, we seek to improve and adapt the inventory management process by bringing to the company a model that increases the speed of replacement, approvals, management and cost reduction of the process, seeking to deliver quality and time to the internal customer. |
