Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) have great participation in the economy, but little organization when it comes to product development project (PDP). This fact is critical to the competitiveness of enterprises, due to the growing internationalization of the market and increase the diversity and variety of products available. This work aims to propose simplified steps for applying informational design methodology in the early stages of the PDP facing MSEs. They were created based on the comparison of methodologies four authors of the PDP area, and presented through courseware consists of spreadsheets. It is presented for validation steps and tools developed in a pilot company where the manager's opinion of the product development team has been collected through a questionnaire. The manager said never applied methodology of the early stages of the PDP in the company, but it would apply the methodology. Nevertheless concluded that the monitoring of a consultant in very young companies would be required because the method was still present a somewhat complex in that case. |
