Resumo: Cloud Computing comes the need to build complex IT infrastructure, where users do not have to perform installation, configuration and software upgrades in a new model emerging computing that moves all data and user applications for large storage centers, called Data Center. Thus, applications and hardware systems are distributed as Internet-based virtual services. Based on concepts already studied and previously established, such as virtualization and model pay-per-use, Cloud computing has several advantages in the current market, such as possibility of expanding the resources used whenever necessary. However, because it is a relatively recent model, there are still major challenges ahead to be solved, such as security and interoperability. Adherence the security services will force teams to IT security companies to establish greater controls for Cloud-based services. The great amount of research in the area will allow the subject still be widely long debated and publicized by companies around the world.
