This work is a study on the evolution of IPTV and Video on Demand service that contributed to the current linear and nonlinear video propagation model Over the Top, key to any company that wants to operate a TV subscription service and video value-added in order to reduce costs and increase or retain your subscriber base. The work is based on the concepts of IPTV and Video on Demand in Brazil and the World, the current legislation in Brazil, the advantages of adopting an Over the Top architecture and multiscreen. They are also introduced the obligations set out in law that companies that operate or wish to act with Over the Top must follow to operate in Brazil. |
