It also intends create a kind of easy reference manual that can be used for guidance of those who need to know it. O trabalho pretende apresentar um ponto de vista geral sobre o início da Era dos Documentos Digitais no Estado do Paraná, no âmbito da Receita Estadual. O objetivo é esclarecer a forma de funcionamento e as vantagens do sistema eletrônico sobre o convencional, desmistificando esse tipo de mídia a fim de deixar claro que a legislação tributária apresentou alterações apenas na forma e não na essência.
