Business Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services must add value to meet the needs of the contractor (primary customer). Professionals must have proficient training, knowledge, be specialists in this field and be ethical in dealing with sensitive data and information, and this activity is somewhat complex because it involves geographically dispersed data in a single database. It is analyzed the relevance of the specialized field of ICT in the commercial, financial, administrative, marketing, processes, transportation, industry, among others, which have been modernized and must necessarily accompany this advance in IT. The specific objectives seek to map the provision of services in the ICT area; identify the IT contractor's satisfaction, the benefits and advantages in hiring qualified, ethical and specialist professionals to meet the demands of the business client and its users. |
