The Alpha case aims the use of innovation technology of wireless Internet, due to problems in the environments where Reefers containers were located. These places were far from the antennas, having interference and oscillation, causing channel overlay because many equipment were being used at the same time, causing difficulties in the agility of company’s processes. Due to that problem, this paper aims to present an industrial environment Wi-Fi solution, with high capacity to the whole company. The technological development presents better wireless communication systems and compatible with wired systems, both by cost and technology used. This case has used as theoretical background references of innovation technology, wireless information, improvements of productive processes with knowledge management and field research. A company’s analysis which will provide the equipment and network services, with gains, benefits and expected assumptions. This paper demonstrates Wi-fi usage capacity index, equipment used for operating and employees’ satisfaction graph analysis, along with the deployment and future challenges with scheduled actions. This Project has had as objective the whole network improvement, aiming better reach in automatic processes and systems agility, making employee’s tasks faster. |
