The objective of the present research is to find out if there is a direct correlation between the implementation of IT Governance concepts in the organizations and the delivery of eSocial, a project created by the Brazilian government whose objective is to unify the infrastructure of mandatory transmission of employee and social security data and service providers according to current law.For that, a questionnaire was prepared with eight questions about the implementation of IT Governance in organizations and sent to IT managers, four interviews with IT managers with the same questions were carried out to investigate the proposed subject.The term IT Governance covers several frameworks, the work was delimited in the following options: ITIL, Cobit and PMBOK.The eSocial project is part of a set of actions by the Brazilian government, in an attempt to implement technological tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, this approach is based on the concepts of eGovernment, where structures technologies are created and made available to obtain performance gains and transparency of public actions. The limitations of the present research were the number of respondents, and as a future suggestion, state companies could be surveyed for comparison with private organizations. |
