Resumo: This study aims at adapting the software requirements specification tasks so that they can benefit from the use of a collective intelligence approach. In order to do that, both the area of requirements specifications and the area of collective intelligence were reviewed to find common groups and/or intersections on which to base the development of a new process model for the specification tasks relying on the participation of many Pressman‟s software requirement analysis tasks deserved special attention, as well as the collective anticipative intelligence concept and the puzzle tool, used to generate a collective sense. Pressman‟s tasks for software requirement analysis, collective anticipative strategic intelligence and the puzzle tool were all merged in a single processwith the intent of obtaining a new way of collecting information about the service that a software will have to perform, based on theworkof all those who can help raising information. An attempt was made to ensure capturing software requirements that are aligned to the organizational needs and the operational activities that lead to their accomplishment in an optimized way.
