The globalized world, characterized by constant challenges, accelerating change and high competitiveness, forces organizations, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to seek tools to leverage and achieve better performance. One of these tools diffused in the corporate environment is project management, which allows managing efficient resource sharing, aligning objectives and disseminating them across all levels of the organization. The present work proposes the development of a research instrument to assist and analyze the aspects of project management in the segment of small and medium enterprises based on the recommendations of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and maturity models in project management. |
