This academic work analyzed teleworking on conceptual way, also the benefits of telework for teleworkers and the company that implements it. Another definition to be reached, is about the technology needed for telework exercise. The study focused on a regional target audience througt a quantitative research, treating of teleworkers from Curitiba City, that are working on information technology companies to the banking sector. We sought to determine what their feelings about performance working, concerns about the technology provided by the company to work by telework way, and finally, the knowledge about technology. |
