The purpose of this final paper is to investigate the process of management and supervision of continued contracts under the coordination of State Revenue. The end product of this work intends to apprise the analysis for a system development that aims for all procedures of management and supervision of continuing contracts to be information-based. The information technology application of the Purchase, Procurement and Contracts Department is an old desire from the Advisory and Administrative and Financial Management Section and also an immediate need to improve the management of general contracts. |
