The technological advances provided by the advent of new information technologies and communication, coupled with the emergence of the Internet, have give to any profound change and society changes. Thus, the Internet has brought the development of electronic commerce and acceleration information, in addition to offering numerous services and product diversity, embedded in a convenience and promptness. In the sphere of government, innovative way of information technology and communication have given rise to the mutation of services, transforming the relationship between the state and society. From this perspective innovation, this research, from the discursive method, first, on innovation, presenting their characteristics, types and models. Secondly, it will consider whether to push technology, its concept, the origin, the application, the differential for the public sector, implementation and risks of innovation in the public sector. Finally, regarding electronic government, its definition, the models present and future prospects, and the gov - Paraná, the method of mapping and evaluation of proposed technology will treat yourself. Thus, the use of push technology is of great value in electronic government initiatives aimed at improving public services to citizens, spurring continuous improvement and evolution, urgent and necessary administrative modernization manner. |
