Resumo: This paper reports a research in the areas of Organizational Psychology and Administration, performed through a bibliographical survey of the main concepts of High Performance Teams. This project aims, in general, to broaden the understanding of the theme to the business environment, and, specifically, to compare the concepts present in the academic literature. For that, the techniques of Integrative Review and Conceptual Analysis were used. The results reveal that the current concepts are fundamental for professionals in the field, for leaders, and for a current model of business management. It´s estimated that this research can contribute as much to the society interested in the subject as to the academic environment in search of clarifications.
