Resumo: Objective: This present research has like goal to show the organizational climate made on a specific technical department of the company, for a medium size company of automobile industry that will be as a ficticious bussines name SOPHIBAYON, as the countermeasures taken to improve this evaluation. Methods: Is a study mix quantitative, due was possible to watch and study the information of numerical way using statistic procedures. Results: Were presented results of the organizational climate composed by 48 questions done for employers of a specific department of the company. Conclusion: After obtain the results of the organizational climate, a plan of long term is elaborate, looking the improvement of the organizational climate, using several tools exposed in the section of Management people and Develop Teams. Is necessary an aplication of a new evaluation of climate organizational in order to measure the eficiency of the taken actions in order of the improvement of the climate organizational.
