This study aimed to conduct an analysis of the physical layout about the reverse logistics process in a vehicle assembler located in the metropolitan region of Curitiba. Data were collected after interviews with key users involved in the process, also analysis of operations time measuring and headcount needs. During this paper, it was applied charting tools, tables, databases, logistics performance graphic representation, creating flows, processes and proposing layouts improvement. This research is characterized as a qualitative and action research where the researcher influences the work place, therefore all methods applied were presented to logistic team in order to engage then in the processes involved and get better results. |
