This survey presents an analysis of the logistics structure of the services provided by Freight Forwarders in air importation at Curitiba ́s region. It presents concepts of Air Transportation, the function of the Freight Forwarder in the air importation logistics and the Strategic Production of Service Management. Complemented by a survey with an applied and qualitative nature, the study verified by way of questionnaires, the logistics structure of the services provided by Freight Forwarders in air importation at Curitiba ́s region. The result of this study is a panorama of Infraero ́s initiative to improve the infrastructure of International Airport Afonso Pena that was pointed as one of the most important problem to optimize the service ́s production in importation by air with Freight Forwarders at Curitiba ́s region. |
