This research aims to study the pathological manifestations found in a single - family building in the city of Curitiba - PR, seeking to analyze the pathologies that cause more concern and discomfort to the owner. The study begins with the bibliographic review of the ceramic materials used in the masonry of the fence and the main pathological manifestations and their origins in the masonry of fence. These pathological manifestations, fissures, cracks and cracks, the sooner they are treated, the less the cost for their intervention and consequently the smaller the risk of accidents. However, for the best understanding, a field study will be approached, placing the problem situation and classifying its origins and possible causes. In the same way the case analyzed, based on specific theories, indicating suggestions to solve or to alleviate the problems. The study concludes that the correct way of correcting pathologies in sealing masonry significantly increases the useful time of use of the buildings. |
