Resumo: The lack of automation processes in companies focused on events cause serious problems such as lack of support on the part of technicians and also delays in care demands. The Corporate Events Management System (SIGEC) is a proposed system that aims to meet Web companies that adopt best practices in market using Java technology for implementation. Build the solution also aims to standardize procedures in this type of service, which will gain in quality over time. Such a system will provide more efficient and reliable control of the information that will be stored on historical basis and enable the generation of graphs, charts and information for strategic decision-making by managers involved in various company events. The existence of a Corporate Events Management Web System enable the company to centralize information in one place and allow it access to related areas, reducing rework with gathering information and avoiding duplication of information. The system will enable the visualization of events through the disclosure schedule of events and also providing for the teams involved in the events that will occur later in the week and current. Thus, there is more reliability and security in dealing with information, allowing also monitored over time, with the storage of historical data in a DBMS (System Manager Database).
